By registering for the ZW’s AI Workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.

1. Registration and Payment

1.1 Your registration is confirmed only after full payment is received.
1.2 Payments are processed securely via our designated payment gateway.
1.3 All fees are quoted in USD and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1 Cancellations made 30 days before the workshop start date will receive a 25% refund.
2.2 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the workshop start date.

3. Workshop Content and Schedule

3.1 We reserve the right to modify the workshop content, schedule, and speakers without prior notice.
3.2 All workshop materials are provided for educational purposes only and may not be distributed without permission.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1 All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward instructors and other attendees.
4.2 Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

5. Liability

5.1 ZW LLC is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during travel to, from, or at the workshop.
5.2 Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings and equipment.
